One of the topics of our student panel was 'organizational tools for HS'. This is really important and one of the true keys to success. I thought it would be helpful to provide you with a list of suggested supplies that will be needed upon entering school. I polled the core departments and teachers as to what they would expect or recommend students to have for their classes. Take a look:
Note: It is highly recommended that students utilize binders that house 1 (or maximum 2) subjects. The large binders for all 5 SUBJECTS IS NOT ADVISABLE. Additionally, it is NOT recommended that students purchase a large file holder to house all subject handouts. Each department recommends housing the course handouts in the binder or notebook for the individual class.
On Tuesday, June 9, we held a student panel for the incoming class of 2024. Although we did not have many questions, we did review some topics that were generated by the students during the homeroom meetings I attended.
