This years Spring Spirit Week culminated with our annual Field Day! While the weather did NOT cooperate as we had hoped, thanks to Ms. Rahr and Ms. Mercaldi for their commitment to providing a field day experience to our students, they were able to quickly pivot and readjust the schedule of events to provide a really fun afternoon. Our school wide delicious BBQ provided by Fo and his team, while not all together, we were able to still enjoy during the two lunch waves. After which we put down our books and begang the 'Spring Fling"...indoors. Events included health and wellness activities in the library provided by our LYSB; various board/ table games in room 110; Ping Pong, Spike-ball, Corn Hole Toss, Bowling, and a live band all in the Commons, "Zootopia" played in the auditorium; and finally the Gym had Pickle Ball for the first half and then we all enjoyed the Faculty / Student Basketball game for the last hour. All this while enjoying Wygo's Ice Cream Cart...There was fun for all! WAY TO GO WILDCATS!Comments are closed.
