 Lyme-Old Lyme High School would like to recognize and congratulate Ellie Wells for being selected for this year's Rotary's World Language Student of the Month. Ellie is a true scholar of languages. She is currently enrolled in ECE Chinese, AP/ECE Spanish and Latin I, where she achieves at the highest levels. In addition to courses in the World Language Department at LOLHS, Ellie is independently studying Korean and American Sign Language. Her passion for languages has led her to be active in multiple language organizations, including the Spanish and Chinese Honor Societies, where she holds leadership roles. Congratulations, Ellie, for being a model of global citizenship! Ellie, along with the January and March Rotary students of the month, will be collectively recognized at a ceremony on March 24 at Saybrook Point Inn.
