By Monique Lavoie The past couple of weeks for Amnesty we have been covering equity in education. We highlighted the importance of equity, the issues in inequity, and how to identify underserved school communities. Some other issues covered with equity in education were the systemic issues included in the system. This includes ethnicity, poverty, and gender. We focused on removing the barriers by demanding better opportunities for students to receive affordable tutoring, after-school help, and learning resources.  Amnesty would also like to congratulate our new officers of 2022-23!
