Several high level musicians from LOLHS Band and Choral Programs auditioned and were accepted for prestigious and limited spots into the CMEA, Connecticut Music Educators Association, Eastern Region Festival. The annual festival hosts the Eastern Region of Connecticut and over twenty high schools. Nineteen LOLHS students participated in the Eastern Region Band and Choral Festival on January 3rd and 4th at the Jorgensen Auditorium located on UConn campus. The talented musicians practice, rehearse, and collaborate with other high level high school players and singers and are instructed by professional conductors. Congratulations and Well Done Wildcats!
