On Thursday, Chemistry students learned real life connections between chemistry and cooking. Students participated in a lab to demonstrate limiting reactants in chemistry by making pancakes! Students changed the amount of Baking Soda in the recipe and analyzed how the gas that is produced by this ingredient improves the quality of the pancake. Comments are closed.
