This year, our district Library Media Specialists published a multifaceted Literacy Resource Guide for our parents and students that replaces the traditional recommended summer reading lists. You can access this resource at http://literacy.region18.org (or by clicking on the image below) This website provides links to reading, math, science, cultural, physical, and global literacy resources for K-12 students. It incorporates suggested reading lists, packets and assignments for Summer Math and Summer Reading and much more. Our hope is that this resource will be accessed not only during the summer months but also throughout the school year.
