The Environmental Club spent Saturday afternoon clearing trails at the Belton Copp Preserve. This preserve is part of the Old Lyme land trust open space. The club will be stewarding this preserve for the remainder of the year, working to remove invasive species and maintain the trails. If you’re interested in joining the club email Connie Pan or Ava Berry and ask to be added to the canvas course for the club. You do not need to attend meetings to be part of the club, but you do need to attend activities. Special thanks to parents Andrea Fenton and Dr. Wen He for staying, helping out and providing snacks.
