Congratulations to Will Larson who was selected as the Rotary English Student of the Month! He is not only a gifted English student, but he also embodies all the best characteristics of a Lyme-Old Lyme High School leader. In addition to English, Will has earned academic awards in US History, European History, and World Language. He is an active member of the Mock Trial Team, the High School Bowl Team, and the Athletic Leadership Council. He is also a captain of the Varsity Soccer Team, a member of the Varsity Crew team, and is part of both the National Honor Society and the Spanish National Honor Society. Will was Lyme-Old Lyme's representative to the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Council, and somehow, he also found time to earn his Eagle Scout Award by giving back to his church community and building an outdoor chapel for St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Old Saybrook. Will is so deserving of this honor. WELL DONE WILL!Comments are closed.
