Just a friendly reminder: If you have not already done so, please be sure to access PowerSchool and complete the BACK-TO-SCHOOL FORMS that are listed under your child's account. 

There is a new form that was added for all students enrolled in a science course "Laboratory Safety Agreement".

Below find further instructions regarding specific forms.

Laboratory Safety Agreement: Any student taking a science course must have the Laboratory Safety Agreement signed by a parent/guardian.

Parking Passes: Students who will be driving to school must have a parking pass. This year,  faculty and student parking passes have changed from a  hang tag to a decal. 

• If a student already has a parking pass from last year, they are to return it in to Ms. Piccolo in the Main Office who  will switch it for a new decal-pass with the same number.  This decal should be affixed to the windshield on the bottom of the passenger side.
• If a student has not yet recieved a parking pass, thier parent/guardian must register them for one by completing the "Parking Permit Application" form on Power School

Senior Privileges: Seniors are welcome to enjoy their senior priviledge of late arrival and/or early dismissal  BEGINNING ON SEPTEMBER 12th.  Any senior must have a parent/ guardian register them for this priviledge by submitting the PowerSchool form.
