Spanish Honor Society's Guest Speaker

A few weeks ago, my grandmother and her friend came and talked to the Spanish National Honor Society. My grandmother, Judy LeVesque, has been volunteering for a program called Literacy Volunteers for 22 years. The goal of the program is to help adults of all backgrounds with their literacy. One of her many students, Aricelly Ramírez, also came. Sra. Ramírez is originally from Colombia, so she was eager to tell us about Colombia, her family, and her experiences in the United States.
