For the month of December, the Spanish Honor Society adopted a family in coordination with the Youth Leadership Council at the LYSB for the holidays. The family had a boy, age 3, who wanted various items for Christmas that the members of the Spanish Honor Society were able to chip in and get. This included a Lincoln logs set, a Sports Illustrated Big Book of Why, various clothes, and some gift cards as well pictured below. It was a good feeling for the club knowing that they were able to help out a family over the holidays and have a kid be able to wake up to some presents on Christmas. Comments are closed.
